About County Line Pools
County Line Pools was founded by Brett Rosa, a U.S. Army veteran who was born and raised in the Santa Monica Mountains and has serviced pools in the Conejo Valley since 2020. After hearing the same complaint from neighbors repeatedly, that their pool service skipped visits, rushed the work, or disappeared mid-season, Brett built the company around a standard that answers all three. Show up every week, do the work right, and prove it with a photo. Every pool on the route is serviced personally by Brett. There are no rotating technicians and no wondering who shows up at your gate. Clients reach him directly by text, and every visit ends with a photo confirmation plus notes on chemistry or equipment.
Brett has over eight years of pool service experience in the area, is a father, and a lifelong local. County Line Pools serves Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Oak Park, and Malibu, was incorporated in California in 2023, and carries liability insurance.
